"This is the 10-11 time at Ocean Maya. There is always 3-6 couples that travel together. The VIP upgrade is a joke. We requested certain locations far in advance. All requested king beds, 2 of the couples had 2 double beds and were not allowed to change rooms. I personally talked to the manager and pointed out the VIP status and how many times and people we bring and it didn’t matter. Also, no Expedia rep on site. We will be looking at a different resort for our spring trip. "
