"The wild life made our stay an awesome experience. The deer and the 4' orange iguana hanging out by the pool was awesome. (No touching though, they are still wild life) It was like living in the jungle. The buffet (especially for being a buffet) really exceeded my expectations. The options were vast and there was something different each day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Fransisco in the Itallian restaurant was hands down the best and made my birthday dinner a very enjoyable experience. The italian food was the best that we had out of the restaurants you have to make reservations for.. the food at la Hacienda was good, but not quite the spicy mexican ypu mught trafitionally expect, but still a great experience. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. The ladies that took care of our room were very kind and did a great job. There honestly isnt anything bad that i can say about our experience. We came as a couple this trip, but would def consider bringing the kids next trip. We always felt safe inside the resort. "

"Plenty to do on the property: yoga, water aerobics, cooking classes, lots of activities, wonderful dining options, excellent service. Took advantage of photo shoot for the beautiful scenery, the Mayan dinner was a big hit. Beach clean and beautiful white sand. Gabrielle in reception was amazing. Kendell is excellent ambassador, along with Carlos and Mayella who brought great yoga. Pilar is amazing hostess! Sergio took beautiful photos of us. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The staff are all extremely kind and good at their jobs. The dining options in the resort are solid, and the food within each restaurant/ the buffet beat my expectations. Room service was prompt, gym was decent, and the pools and hot tub were very nice. I felt like the hotel played above my expectations. Also, as someone with severe food allergies, I felt well taken care of here. Every meal I was asked if I had allergies and was able to speak to a chef or waiter who could assist in making sure my meals were safe for me. Shoutout to Luis and Humberto!"
