"Great staff! They were helpful and kept the property and rooms extremely clean. While this is ocean front property the beach is very small and not really swimable. I would not stay here with kids. But it was great for a couple just wanting to relax on the beach. The location is great. Dozens of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. We walked everywhere and never felt unsafe."

"This is an excellent resort, it offers all the essentials that you'd expect at a Mexican All-Inclusive Resort. The grounds are well-kept, the staff is friendly and the food is great. We came to the resort for a girl-trip and were welcomed with open arms. The concierge set us up with a dinner experience off resort that was 10/10. One friend went on a solo Cenote excursion and felt so safe. Great resort for the price. "
