"I encountered an issue where my bank account was being charged twice anytime I utilized my card at the resort. As it turns out the resort does a pre authorization and primary authorization on cards (not all cards), which in turn puts a hold on double the amount for a few days. This was a surprise to me and when I attempted to understand what the situation was the resort staff was not helpful at all. Other than that the stay was good and I will be back with lessons learned. "

"We had a wonderful five night stay. The food options were excellent. The swim out pool was a perk and was refreshing to jump in at any time. We participated in an on site activity each day so leaving the property was not necessary. It was nice to have the option of either beach or pool lounging. The only negative for me was the king bed, it was firm and not what I’m used to so a mattress topper would have made my sleep more comfortable. Otherwise the stay was excellent and would highly recommend...
