"I love that it was close to Xcaret and we were able to get tours. The staff were very friendly and personable. Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."

"The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, making us feel truly pampered. We loved the variety of restaurants, from gourmet fine dining to casual beachside options, food was so delicious. The pristine white sand beach was perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing, with readily available beach chairs and umbrellas. Our room was spacious with amazing ocean view! Very recommend this resort and we will definitely come back!❤️"

"The riu las americas was an excellent vacation spot for adults only. When the weather was warm enough the pool was wonderful. The pool activity staff does a great job day in and day out. The only thing I would recommend is to have some jacuzzi’s because the only one in the spa is not that warm. For adults on vacation, time in a jacuzzi is priceless. "
