"Please stop pushing the Xcaret 2 meeting so much or please take the "no" as an answer. At one point we were trying to go to dinner but got held up for 5-10 minutes by a staff member trying to get us to go to the meeting. It's great you want to promote and it's great you offered a massage coupon in return for our precious time. But you also wasted some of our time trying to get us to the meeting after we said no."

"We are just back from an awesome 5N/6D trip to the Moon Palace The Grand. It’s a great place for families with kids. Our 12y old boy enjoyed the water park and our 4y old girl enjoyed the playroom. The dining options were great. The transportation within the resort is an added benefit. The entire property is a world within itself."
