I know it is their busiest time of year... Passport Control on landing- Absolute CHAOS, all flights filter into one lane, we were there for over 2 hours. "We just paid one night, however the whole process from checking in to check out it really well, breakfast is included in our stay as well as the restaurant offered separate breakfast lunch and dinner menus."

"This place I booked for Ten days in Cancun. When I got to the property, the owner told me that the place is fully booked, and I should ring Expedia for my money back. I finally get hold of Expedia. They contact the owner and this guy told them that I didn’t show and wouldn’t refund my money. So I’m back in the US and Expedia has try again and he still refuses to refund my money. So don’t book this place or do not pay upfront. 😡👎"
