Went here with three kids and just have to say it is great. Food is good, there are different options available for dinner and lunch buffet always had different options. My kids loved the piña coladas poolside.

We had stayed here in September of 2023 and our stay was good, so we returned over Memorial Day weekend this year. Our first night at the sports bar there were two servers working and the restaurant was full. It took 20 minutes to get a few beers and an hour for our food (quesadillas and chicken tenders). Service at the pool bars was also incredibly slow, despite there only being about 10 people at the bar. The staff were all very friendly, but no sense of urgency. Lastly, we stayed in a room with two full size beds and one of them had bed bugs. We informed the front desk and their response was “thanks for letting us know”. Not sure if they didn’t care or didn’t know what it was, but we will not return to this resort.

This was an awful all inclusive experience. The main disappointment was very limited and repetitive food options. The beach was not clean! And not swimmable most days. We were bombarded with pushy and scammy timeshare sales people. You have to PAY extra for every little thing. Before they would even help you they tell you the price for the service. This is a money grabbing hotel with policies that make you feel restricted and uncomfortable. I complained to the hotel that someone was in my room and left their hair tie that was not mine! (after I had already checked in to my room). The front desk person apologized and said “sorry mam this won’t happen again”… completely missing the security concern here or willing to investigate. Oh and you have to pay to do your own laundry with your own detergent about 20$ for the smallest load to wash and dry. Beware of the personally assigned “concierge”. They’re not really there to help but to find out details of what you like to upsell daily. They only want your money and do not care a darn about you! And their “no refund” policy is to protect them from abusing and ripping off their guest. Oh and make sure you take taxi through the hotel and pay double because the policy doesn’t allow your chosen taxi to pick you up at the lobby nor will they help you exit gracefully to your cab which is a block out on the street with ALL your bags. I will again, emphasize how crappy, cheap mannered, sloppy, sleazy and deplorable accommodation is.

We had an amazing stay at this resort, super friendly staff, great rooms, great atmosphere! The pictures do t do it justice for how beautiful it is. We managed to get restaurant reservations everyday we wanted one and found the found delicious, lots of choices!
