"This place I booked for Ten days in Cancun. When I got to the property, the owner told me that the place is fully booked, and I should ring Expedia for my money back. I finally get hold of Expedia. They contact the owner and this guy told them that I didn’t show and wouldn’t refund my money. So I’m back in the US and Expedia has try again and he still refuses to refund my money. So don’t book this place or do not pay upfront. 😡👎"

"This is a cute little property. Nice pool, fast check in. Beds very hard, no blanket, no washclothes. I could ask for them, but would have to walk to the front desk as there is no phone in room. Great hot water and shower pressure. Need a car to stay here, but definitely would for the price if I was staying a few days"

"The Dreams Sands Resort & Spa is a beautiful property. The staff is amazing. Professional, friendly, outgoing and fun. They are extremely helpful and courteous and cater to your needs. The beach is clean and very large, plenty of room for everyone. The pool areas, the day and night entertain is amazing. If you are planning a vacation to Mexico, this is the spot, Cancun and this is the resort you want to stay at, Dreams Sands Resort and Spa!!!! "

"We tried to get a massage, but we were not told you had to check in at another area. We waited long past our time only to find out my husband could not get one because he had skin cancer surgery 2 weeks prior. Nothing was told to us when we made the appointment. After an hour of waiting for them to decide that we couldn't get a massage I had had enough."
