"This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property and we absolutely loved it. All of the staff, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff (as well as everyone else) were all excellent in terms of helpfulness, friendliness and overall service. The property itself was beautiful and immaculately well-kept. "Very costly food and drink and everything you request or do there is a charge. Also the room service could be better. Sheets are not changed upon request unless you pay an extra fee. The location was good along with the beach and pool areas. Next time we go to Hawaii we would look for other options. Finally the staff hounds you to listen to their time share spiel. Very obnoxious as it lasts 90 min. Not worth it. Thanks "
