"OMG! Amazing resort! So beautiful. Everywhere you turn, was the ocean! All the staff were so helpful & friendly. Particularly, Michelle & Cherae “beautiful”. "Wow , our two week stay at the Kahala hotel was one we will always cherish. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. The chandeliers in the lobby look like they are made from beautiful sea glass , and every plant inside and outside is lush and maintained . The staff is so kind and welcoming . "Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"

"I would stay here again. McDonald’s is two small builds away, an ice shop in the corner, a massage, a motorcycle rental, a grill cheese shop that popping every day till closing time, a Japanese restaurant, Italian restaurant, just on your right in the corner, once you cross the street. On the left side of the build of Waikiki hotel, is a bar, ihop, and across the street ABC store and hula Mexican restaurant that’s okay but not the greatest. It’s a walking distance to many places beach, to shopping!"
