"We love to stay at the Ilikai. It’s our favorite hotel to staycation in as a Hawaii resident. We always have a good time and enjoy the property and its amenities. We were told at our check in that we were going to be upgraded for free and that we booked a city view on the 8th floor I believe but they were gonna get us a partial ocean view room on the 2nd floor instead.
