"My wife and I stayed 7 days and it was a great experience. Top notch staff. Accommodations were nothing fancy but who goes to Hawaii to stay in their room. Everything was clean and felt safe. The property was beautiful with breathtaking views of the water and mountains. Just prepare yourself that if you stay in Hilo it will rain a lot, but rain typically passes quickly. At least that was our experience."

"The hotel is beautiful and steps from the beach, plenty of restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and had convenient features. Overall, I loved our stay and will definitely book this place again for future trips"

"Your staff is phenomenal and with aloha. Even though there was a leak in our ceiling o to our bed, you staff at the front desk changed our room and Maintenance responded quickly.
