"I had a good stay here. The staff was very good to me. They were supportive and receptive. The first night, I noticed the bathroom could be a cleaned a bit more and they immediately acted on it. They also gave me anything more I desired (more towels, toilet paper). One night the cleaning was skipped and they compensated me for the experience. My only real criticism is that on my first night (right after checking in), I ran into a man in the elevator who apparently worked for Hilton. At the time,...

"Great service, staff had a great attitude when it came to giving us instructions on where to find our rooms. Only complaint is the AC wasnt working. We turned it on, worked for a few minutes then stopped. When we called to ask for help, the instructions given, still didnt allow the AC to work. "

"Beautiful Property, the check in staff could be a little more attentive, but everything else was perfect. The pool table and shuffle board game was a nice surprise. We didn’t mind the pool being closed for renovation because we wouldn’t have had time to take a dip with our short 3 night trip anyway. The room was a perfect size. The beds were comfortable.
