"We took our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12 years old) for a week vacation. This property was nothing short of amazing! The staff was wonderful and always gave great service. The access to the beach was easy and close to the property, and the beach itself was wonderful. The beach staff did a terrific job of trying to keep the seaweed at bay the best they could. The pool area is huge and they have activities throughout the day which created a lot of fun. Our VIP concierge, Juan, was wonderful as well. He ensured that our trip was great, and we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and they all come with a hammock on the back patio. The food was all good, however you have to make reservations early for the restaurants. We stayed at the Sunrise location, but we had full access to the sister property Nizuc next door which was pretty cool. We took a day and ventured to Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, and we had access to the Palace in Playa del Carmen as well. I highly recommend this property for all ages! A couple of days on the beach, they had a volleyball tournament for high school aged students. They offer so much to do for anyone looking to do a bit more than just sit on the beach. We will definitely be visiting again! "

"Everything was wonderful for a family with young children. The needs for both children and adults were well taken care of with the numerous restaurants and entertainment. The beauty and cleanliness of the resort was above average. I have absolutely no complaints!"

"The property was great with great food options for a all-inclusive resort. Kids loved the kids facility with the activities they have in the resort. You could keep your kids there all day and they will enjoy their time. We went to during charismas time so the facility was very full and you will need to wait in the queue for a while to get seated in most of the restaurants. The agent in the reception were very overloaded and we didn't get great service from there and they asked for additional money for hotel provided bag when we were checking out thinking of this bag was complementary. They have some shows in the evening which were great. Overall, it was great experience except a few odd moments."

"Staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. Room was cleaned everyday and no sand leftover, fridge always stocked, good food. Spa was very good and we got amazing service. Cabana on the pricey side but food was amazing. More NA beer and NA selection would be nice. "
