"A good location close to the tube, different bus stops, restaurants, grocery store and cafes. Walking distance to Elizabeth tower, waterloo station and graffiti tunnel. The only downside is that the mattresses were very hard. "

We were especially grateful for the warm welcome we received during check-in. Mary, the receptionist, truly went above and beyond. After a long tour in Europe, we arrived at the hotel early and inquired about the availability of our room so we could rest. Although our original room wasn't ready, she kindly upgraded us to a fantastic room that we absolutely loved.
