"Hotel going through renovations but didn’t really disturb us. Location of hotel is excellent close to tube station and major London sites. Picked a signature room which was very small but had everything we needed. Would stay there again maybe a bigger room."

"Staff is fantastic. They let me check in early after an overseas flight. Location is perfect for theatre and walking kits about anywhere. Rooms are small. Supposedly I was supposed to get a room upgrade but maybe the early check in replaced that. I’ll be back. "
