"Staff were friendly on check in. Offered to help carry our bags upstairs as no lift. Room was clean and tidy. We had a top floor room. Kinda inside the roof. View was lively but room was very warm at night and bed was smaller than we expected and shower was small too and weak pressure. Felt like pics on Hotels didn’t match the actual bathroom images. "Exceptional hotel that has everything you need. Great location right in city centre. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. One of the things I like is that the rooms have a small fridge in the wardrop .. makes such a difference. Parking is available at a discounted rate at Q park car park right next door to hotel. Breakfast was terrific with great choices. No negatives with this hotel."

"Great for food in the evening because you are close to local shops and cafes/ restaurants also subway stop. Windows don’t open. So much dust on radiators and sink dirty. Bad smell in room. Parking is based on first come based only. Reception man upon arrival was fantastic extremely nice and helpful. Night lady with short light hair on reception was very rude and snappy. Terrance used for smokers - most often harsh substances that you can really smell. "

"The hotel was within walking distance to the main shopping atras in Buchannon street and St Georges square. Plenty of choice og restaurants nearby. I wouldnt recommend it if you have trouble walking ad yhe area id very hilly. Our family was ok but didnt have any sockets behind or near the beds so wr haf to request an extension lead for my daughter's Cpap machine. The toilet is separate to the bathroom but doesnt have a wash hand basin. Our tea/ coffee and milk wasn't "topped up" so we had to go...
