"Stayed here for a night while passing through. Initially attracted by the price which was a little cheaper than others in the area and I try to stay in pubs where possible rather than budget chain hotel type places. Found the whole experience to be really lovely. The room was basic, pretty much as I had expected but was clean throughout and had all the amenities I really needed: tea & coffee, towels, en-suite & shower. Couldn't ask for more really. "It would be helpful to have towel rails in bathroom and some coat hooks also. A small wasbasin in separate toilet would be good. Some instructions regarding the heating system would help."
