We were allocated one of the rooms that was not yet renovated, even though we arrived when the occupancy was very low and we could have been put in a newly renovated room. This was rather disappointing. Apart from it, we had a great holiday and loved the resort! "

Jee and Hong at the kids club were extremely friendly and helpful, giving lots of tips whilst my daughter carried out activities. The hotel was close to freedom beach and the views from the hotel were stunning. Would go back in a heartbeat "
