"Fabulous stay in a wonderful resort"

"Ok to stay"

"Amazing location with not just a private secluded beach of its own with no others, but the property is on the beach (so no walking downhills or long access points to get to beach). Our grand suite for a family of 4 was 3000 sq ft - extremely attractively designed and was again right on the beachfront. The restaurants and bars on the property are awesome so you don’t have to go hunting for food for the family looking for good places or deals. The hospitality was truly amazing. All in all this...

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"We initially booked for 5 days - we loved the place so much we extended for another 3 then upgraded to a pool villa for another 7. Highly recommend this resort. "

"I truly enjoyed my 5 day stay at this hotel. My room was upgraded without additional charges. The staff was friendly, the room attendant kept our room very clean and exchanged our linen and towels as we requested. I had a room with a beach view as well as the hotel pool view. It was very relaxing I do recommend this hotel for a long enjoyable stay."

"The front desk, bell boys and housekeepers were professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel room is clean, and well-equipped. Bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu too. The balcony faces Sands Macau and it's got great view. We had an afternoon tea set at Café Bela Vista, Artyzen Macau and we were unfortunately left underwhelmed. "Resort was good, but a little bit of a walk to go to restaurants outside. We booked some tours through the hotel, but then canceled them after finding the same tours much cheaper online."

"On the beach and beautiful property. Staff is great. Dining and food options at the hotel were ok. They can't deviate from the menu at all. We ordered a BLT ricotta pizza and asked if they could add olives and they would not do it. Not an option to pay more for it. They had a banana shake and a strawberry shake on the menu, but they will not do a strawberry banana shake. Kind of weird."
