"This property was a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. For an older property it was extremely clean and updated. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. Easy distance to restaurant's. I highly recommend this hotel. . "

"This was our second stay at Hyatt LAX as pre and post cruise hotels. It was convenient but the condition of the hotel could improve a bit. With roller luggage being the norm these days, carpet in hallways and the lobby area made it difficult to roll. Also, in our room, the rain shower and hand held sprays needed a cleaning or replacement. There are no more amenities like shower caps and face soap cakes anymore. Just saying…otherwise, everything was clean and the bedding linens were great. "
