"Enjoyed the convenience of location, never experienced a compact room but it does not lack in amenities and I liked the mission and affordable pricing. Loved the light and color controls in the room. I was able to check in early, had lunch, visited my dad in the hospital, came back had a late dinner, staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the lobby art and atmosphere! Now soon staying at the one in WA DC."

"Being in DTLA can be a little tricky but I did feel safe at this hotel and I did feel that they take security seriously which is important when you are traveling alone . I loved the architecture of the interior and the room was very quiet . This is a cash free property which I was not prepared for and will be next time for tips etc . I will definitely return next time in town . "

"I had a long, long day of international flying and was exhausted. I so appreciated the free shuttle at midnight on a Sunday and I was given a very nice room with my Expedia upgrade. Nice and clean and quiet. I totally fell into a wonderful slumber so I could continue my journey the next morning."

"Great option to stay, staff was always very attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious and have almost everything you'll need. They don't offer bottles of water in the room, but they have a fountain in the lobby, also one small microwave oven in the lobby."

"There’s public parking that you have to pay for very close to the location. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Security outside the building. The rooms had high ceilings and very nice. Loved the washer & dryer. The stovetop didn’t work which was fine. There’s places you can walk to like Philz coffee or to grab food in the area. We enjoyed our stay. "
