"To be completely honest, the food was mediocre at best. What the resort lacked in food, it far made up for with the beach and pools. The sand was cleaned every morning and the water was warm and crystal clear. The main pool was endless and warm. On the club side where we stayed, the atmosphere was amazing. "I like that everything was really close together instead of it being far away when you have to take a trolley or golf cart to and from the front or back of the resort, so it was really nice and convenient"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be enjoyable. The rooms were really pretty, great bathrooms! it was quiet and the beds were comfortable (but the sheets weren't as soft as I expected). "Overall the Bahia Principe Grand in Punta Cana was good but missed out on 5 stars due to several reasons:- 1. Activities and where to find them. No signs around the stages saying when next performance was so a lot of people wandering around the complex trying to find entertainment. 2. Golf: Was unable to book a game of golf through the hotel for the course on their door step, but offered me their sister location 90 minutes drive away!! 3. Crazy golf: No signs to say where to get clubs and balls...

"Had a wonderful time at this place. The staff were amazingly warm, friendly, and accommodating. Only downside was rooms were dated, WiFi kept getting disconnected —brought this matter to their customer service but none got done to make it better. Otherwise, I’d still recommend this place for first time visitors to the island since it’s all inclusive. "
