"Due to language barrier, I found it hard to find if any vegan options, or to have staff understand vegan. My room (2222), had a ceiling leak, which I was told was fixed which it wasn’t one of the persons staying in room slipped and fell, maintenance and manager came and it was fixed, shower handle came off and coffee pot didn’t work. The concierge office was very helpful with mishap. And all the employees I came in contact with were very friendly and nice "

"We visited from Orange County, CA and this was our first time in the Bahamas. We were blown away how beautiful, friendly and clean the resort was! Our room was a 2 bedroom suite overlooking the resort and magnificent! Shampoo, conditioner and soap is provided. They even have a Keurig in each room to make Lavazza coffee. "Showers could definitely be updated. I’d give the actual shower a 1.5 rating. A drink package would be nice. Basic frozen drinks were super expensive. A kids frozen drink was outrageous considering they contain zero alcohol. Food and drink prices were much too high! The resort itself, it was amazing! The staff was great, desert was great, views were great but would have loved to have stayed on property for more meals but you could leave the resort and pay less for a nicer meal. "
