"This is review is for the Ocean suites side. There are 2 properties, one in which you can walk to the other or take the free 5 min shuttle. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to take the 8 minutes water shuttle (operated by Renaissance) to go the the Flamingo island! This island is a must! I would not recommend swimming in the lagoon in front of the Ocean suite hotel, by pool area. The water is still, there and seaweed, etc has a funky odor. Other than this, all was enjoyable, staff, bell hops were incredibly friendly and offered suggestions, including manager (Alvin) who helped manage an concern - highly personable. We would definitely return to the Suites side!"

"Great for families! 9 and 13 year olds loved it! Not as crowded as the Royal and they have Kitchens so you can cook. We loved it! "

"The resort was clean, safe, unpretentious and well positioned for the rate. As vegetation guests we found the buffet plentiful. We didn’t visit the ala carte restaurants due to choice. We really wanted for nothing and enjoyed our stay very much. Only feed back was Capuchino’s coffee was was disappointing service and product but found Calypso’s coffee excellent option. That’s being super picky though. We will be back and already miss Bahamas. "
