"The property is conveniently located, but could use some serious upgrades. The furniture was hanging on by a wing and a prayer. However, the staff were great. Huge shoutout to Randy who checked us in… great customer service. And Mcneil who was our waiter! "

"Rooms felt spacious and were clean. Common areas too. We were able to find chairs at beach and the (multiple) pools. We did a sunset horseback riding tour (amazing), but other than that were entertained for our 3 full days and 4 nights at the resort. A small shopping lane with souvenir shops is available. The staff really was the highlight. Gracious, friendly, and very interested in making our stay great. They were always present when you needed something (not used to that in the US). Drinks...

"Hola! We stayed here 16 years ago. It was great coming back. Place is well maintained but getting dated. Good facilities for little kids but not much activities for early teens. Staff are friendly. Food was offering was great but quality was only ok. Free flow alcohol is good if you are a big drinker. "

"You're gonna pay *way* more than other hotels/resorts/airbnbs in the area, but you're also gonna feel very safe and have one of the best and more private views on St. Thomas. The private beach isn't as nice as the others in the area you can drive to, but nice for a morning walk. The pools are unheated - beware! - and there is no hot tub which is the only thing that could've made this place better. That said, the room was extremely clean and well appointed, especially with kitchen items you need...

"Our butler Jean Claude was wonderful. Honestly everyone on staff was wonderful and I wish I could remember names but it really was every staff member we encountered. They were always friendly and welcoming. The extra care in decorating the room for my birthday was just another happy memory I have from our stay here. I’m so grateful for all of them. My only complaints about the resort is some minor areas where I noticed things needed repair and there were some bad smells coming from the bathroom...
