"Property is great lots to do & nice rooms and comfortable beds. It’s still new and there are a few unfinished items so with that said it’s like the opening of a new restaurant, you have to take that into consideration. Overall I’d be back."

"Flew in to Mexico late and spent the night before headed to all inclusive resort. Super convenient and the hotel is quite nice. I think there were quite a few people doing the same thing as the check in line was busy and slow. Half hour later there was no one checking in and quiet"

"Great place to stay after a long day of flying! Very convenient free shuttle from the airport. Reception staff are very friendly. Hotel restaurant has good food. There is a nice pool and workout room. We stay here twice a year to start our longer vacations at the all-inclusive resorts. "

"Krystal at Royalton made our stay amazing! She handled our check-in smoothly, booked our restaurant reservations for each night, and checked in on us daily to ensure everything was perfect. Even at check-out, she was super helpful. The hotel itself was fantastic, offering great amenities and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"This was our second time at this resort and have to say we were once again extremely satisfied. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you’re treated like royalty. There’s room for just about anyone. My only minor gripe might be the restaurant options. Notably the Mediterranean, which requires a three-piece suit. As you can imagine most people aren’t prepared for that in Cancun. The only other gripe I have is the shows. They have a burlesque show which quickly turned into a full on strip show. While I’m open to some silliness, it got very grotesque. At one point, the male strippers began dancing around a bride to be going as far as putting her hand down near the inside of his underwear. Being married myself, I would not be happy with this behavior toward my soon to be or current wife. This does need to be cleaned up. Outside of that the pools are great. The activities are great and again the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!"
