"What's not to like? Paulo and Julio at the La Isla bar were fantastic and fun! Our room steward was like a NINJA--in and out so quickly, but the room was always clean and ready for whichever time of day we were there. Lu the hostess at the breakfast buffet and the cabana pool restaurant was service with a smile! "Overall the property was good. Nice location on the beach - set back but have an ocean view makes it not too loud. We are at the beach club attached and that was really nice. The y accommodated vegan and other dietary restrictions. The unit itself was a little dated but had good amenities - the location on the north beach is great and we will be back! "

"It's a nice apartment with a fridge. Service was prompt but it has to be with the Hotel.com app only. There should be one microwave in the common area. And it's hard to communicate as the doorman and host do not speak English. I had to use the translator a lot. Otherwise it's a nice place. "

"Been traveling and bouncing from hotel to hotel Wanted to get a house as we are a big family of 7 so we can all be together . Frist off the pictures are outdated those are from when the place was just open the outside look horible and dangers.the house inside is not that bad just need a good actual deep clean and a couple touch ups and replacements especially the shower head and the windows springs as they are alot of mosquitos . Would not recommend unless your use to water bug roaches and...

"Velas is a neat little condo, conveniently located close to downtown and right on the beach. The manager, Alba is friendly and helpful. She welcomed us to use the bikes and asked if we needed help with them in any way. We opted to not have housekeeping service during our stay, and Alba assured that we always had any house keeping conveniences such as fresh towels, soap, and toilet paper. She is an excellent host and we will stay there again. "

"Cabanas Puerto Morelos is a sweet property located in the heart of Puerto Morelos, just two blocks from the beach. Our room was great and we appreciated being able to book for just one night. Our only issue was with arrival and check-in, as our taxi driver had difficulty locating the exact spot on the map and both Apple and Google maps give conflicting information. "We spent almost three weeks in beautiful Puerto Morelos, and this was by far the cleanest place we stayed. It had a mini kitchen and a pool, which made our stay even better. You can walk barefoot to a snorkeling spot, and the area is full of great restaurants. Just a heads-up—it can get a bit noisy until early morning, so earplugs or headphones might come in handy!"

"This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. "

Buffets are amazing a little costly though

"Was amazing, BUT our flights were changed and we had paid for bfast and asked to be changed for dinner and they would not accommodate! We lost over $250.00 because we booked through you and not them! We ended up paying for the buffet dinner and it was delicious, lots to choose from. Kids loved the options. We loved the ocean views from our room. There is laundry service! "
