"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

"1. The hotel is located in not a very good neighborhood on a very busy street. Lots of sirens and street noise and the windows in the hotel are not soundproof! It’s hard to sleep. 2. The hotel seems very run down! Starting from the shattered glass door at the entrance to the torn wallpaper on the wall and chair torn. 3. no AC!! It wasn’t working in the while hotel. It was very stuffy in the summer. 4. I am allergic, so I brought my own sheets, they disappeared after cleaning and the hotel...

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."

"The property was convenient for us as we had family nearby and was able to leave the car and walk.The bathroom was really so small and the sink didnt work the water kept running out.Saying that the room itself was huge and the bed could have fitted snow white and the 7 dwarves .Need to rethink the layout make the room smaller or at least theres scope to make the bathroom bigger"

"We turned up to discover local environmental health wanting to inspect, the property was filthy, rude and abusive staff. Pictures on other reviews made us think stay clear. Needs to be shut down and removed."
