"This was our 6th stay at the Lancaster Hall Hotel. We really enjoy staying here for many reasons. The hotel is conveniently located. A 10 minute walk to Paddington Station and just a few minutes from the Lancaster Gate tube station. The hotel is on the older side. However, it is clean and well maintained. The staff are great. "Overall, you get what you pay for. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming from when we first checked-in and up to when we checked-out. Check-in is at 2pm but if you arrive early they let you keep your luggages in and you can roam the area until it’s time to check-in. My friend and I ended up staying for a full week. If you know you’re not gonna be in bed the whole day, and just need a place to rest/sleep, this is the place for you. Small room - but, beds are comfy after a long day....

"Excellent location. Generally helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent ; plentiful with a good variety of nutritious food. The staff in the e breakfast room were especially attentive. Everything was very clean. Our room was on the 4 th floor with no lift and narrow stairs. We are both in our 70’s and no help was offered for our luggage. Because the water in the room was labeled “ non-potable”, it would have been nice to have a bottle of drinking water provided. "

"I found the staff, room and breakfast very good. I was a little disappointed, that they didn't make sure teacher or care giver was keeping the young boys staying at the same time as me. Under control as night time they were racing up and down the stairs banging doors and shouting for the 4 nights I was there. This may have been a one off. But overall I would recommend them. "

"This was our 6th stay at the Lancaster Hall Hotel. We really enjoy staying here for many reasons. The hotel is conveniently located. A 10 minute walk to Paddington Station and just a few minutes from the Lancaster Gate tube station. The hotel is on the older side. However, it is clean and well maintained. The staff are great. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is wonderful. It is a cold buffet of cereals, toast, various rolls and sweet treats, luncheon meat, cheeses, yogurts, and various types of fruit. They have added a fancy coffee maker in their breakfast room. You can also buy tasteful souveniers as well as snacks and cold drinks. Looking forward to another visit soon."
