"Decent enough place to stay if you don’t have to spend much time in your room. It was clean and modern but a lot of work still going on. No tv in the room and had to pay an extra £10 to borrow the iron and ironing board."

"Had a really lovely stay at the Strand Palace. We recieved a free upgrade to a King size double room. The hotel was reasonably quiet and the food was great, a huge selection was available for breakfast. The only slight criticism is that the cold water tap in the ensuite bathroom kept running hot. ..."

2 Feb 2020Getting to the hotel was a slow, frustrating drive, with extremely slow (and, often, static) traffic over the last mile. I did not visit anything in Wembley other than the hotel and the Arena.
