"I never stay at a LaQuinta. This was a one off because in Memphis it is a challenge to find a decent hotel. I chose this place because it was brand new. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area is close to a major highway and intersection so easy access. The clerks were plesant. However. "Location of property to downtown very convenient, structures in the general area did not give me the warm and fuzzies. I would bring to your attention that GPS does not function properly and did not give the correct directions to you guys. After some 30 minutes and 3 GPS misdirection I stumbled on your location."

"So, the elevators quit working with people inside.. but the guy at the front desk was awesome and cared and quickly responded! It was clean, kinda looked old but clean all the same. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Night shift staff especially. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. My only complaint would be the elevators seemed to take a long time so we just took the stairs. There were 2 elevators but only one seemed to be working. Very safe quiet area. "

"Checkin was quick and easy. Check out was even quicker & easier. Staff were friendly. Our room was really nice and clean. Lots of space. Layout doesn't make sense with no sink near the bathroom and not much lighting near bathroom. Water pressure was not great. TV screen kept freezing up. Close to airport(15 minutes at 4 am) and easy on/off the interstate. "
