"Accommodations were excellent. Very private and quiet behind the hotel doors. The custom outdoor and wildlife details of the construction were incredible. The room's balcony was awesome overlooking the store area. Would definitely consider future stay. Store and Lookout restaurant/elevator close at 7:00 PM on Sunday, store opens at 9:00 AM and elevator at 11:00 AM, so that was a bit of a bummer since we got there at 6:00 PM."

"What a great hotel. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was all very nice and inviting. Helpful for anything you need including lists of restaurants and answers to question. Location cannot be beat. Walk out of the hotel and you have live music and food steps away. Breakfast was fantastic. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I come back. Also it seems to be about a 2 minute walk to grizzlies game. You can hear the live music outside but it didn’t bother me. They actually put sets of ear plugs on the nightstand! And the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!!!"
