"Really nice place! Remodeled a former motel and did a fantastic job! The attention to detail in the comfort of guests and style design is top notch! The lobby is quaint and comfortable. We met other couples, sat by fireplace and had a complimentary glass of wine. We didn’t get to experience the lounge downstairs because it wasn’t open on Mon-Th, but WOW! We would highly recommend staying here. Great for couples! "

"Very clean room, had plenty of storage for clothes and groceries, very practical kitchenette. Room access is very simple to use, safe and support responds quickly. 6-8 minute walk to heavenly depending on how fast you can walk, 5 minutes or less to lakeside beach, parking is free but is $30 per person to access beach. Very central to everything great hiking spots is all directions. "

"Great location- walk across the street to get to bike trails and beach access. Hotel is cute with lots of rustic reclaimed wood and nice decor. Had great wine and watched Monday night football at Uncorked with some friendly locals. Only minor downside is showerhead was from about 1976 so the shower experience wasn't as great as I assumed it would be with all the other uogrades and attention to detail "

"We have stayed here several times. It is close to Harvey’s Amphitheater for concerts. It is close to restaurants, casinos, shopping, and in walking distance to the lake. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and we had all the things we needed. We will stay here again!"

"My first review was very unfavorable as the room was not what I expected. After reading my review the hotel manager went out of his way to make the stay better. Some of the gestures were not necessary because acknowledgement and an apology would have gone a long way on its own. If staying in S Tahoe again I would stay at the Landings again as they do put customer service first. "

"Heavenly Valley Lodge is off busy Lake Tahoe Blvd so it's quiet. The room was nicely decorated in a rustic timber theme. Although it promotes itself as not staffed, when I arrived, my room was missing coffee cups. I texted the property and within minutes, Rosie brought me coffee cups and demonstrated a friendly helpful attitude that set an oustanding tone for my entire stay. A good value and recommended."
