"Our stay was amazing, it was wonderful! Found the tub to be a little small for a couple, also noticed there was no door stop behind door stop behind bathroom door which we noticed caused a little bit of previous damage hitting the bedroom door moulding. The cave hot tub was amazing, hosts were very friendly and helpful. We stay in Banff lots and enjoy it every time as you always find something new to do. This was our first visit to this hotel and it did not let us down. "

"The Canoe was awesome! Couldn’t have liked it more. A bit further from downtown than some of the other hotels but I would definitely stay there again! We walked to restaurants in the nicer days and drove in the colder days. Great for coffee and tea people as they have an awesome sustainable coffee and tea program which means you always get great fresh coffees and teas to make in your room. Room cleanliness was stellar. Service was great. The hot pools were super awesome after a long day of skiing! Stay here!"
