The staff were very helpful. Karleen went above and beyond to make our short stay a memorable life experience. We’ll never forget our time in Banff! It was easy to get around from the hotel location. Breakfast was good too. Although it was clear on the website, I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking.

Close to banff ave. Everything is located within walking distance. The front desk was very helpful with parking and tickets for the gondola. Also they helped with times to get on the bus and where to find our stop. The room is very stuffing without air conditioning. Unique place.

I would highly recommend Brewster Mountain lodge. Very friendly and helpful staff, charming mountain decor, clean rooms with comfortable beds and great location! Also, the free breakfast and cookies were nice!
