"Somehow the temperature in the hotel itself is not as warm as expected. It is cold but bearable. Service wise, the lady at the reception was very nice. The guy at the bar lounge is also nice & accommodating. However, there was a lady refilling food on the breakfast buffet hits my son after putting the tray of food on the warmer and did not even apologize."
