"The hotel has a good location. The staff were also very friendly. However, there were no employees who could speak Korean. The bed sheets were dirty on the first day, but they were replaced after talking to the lobby."

"This hotel is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfy and staff are friendly. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the rooftop pool, it’s freezing and not even bearable for a swim, everyone dipped in and gasped and walked out, I couldn’t even get my shoulders in was ice cold, such a shame as it’s a pretty view but for that reason I wouldn’t come back, we changed hotel to have a pool to go into. Food was ok and nicely presented but better food and taste at the restaurants close by. "

Also close to get facial, massage (foot and body)….Some malls offer other activities (miniatures display…)to do besides shopping…close by choice of food amazing, delicious and safe (for ex- Jalan Alor Food street). Kuala Lumpur felt safe. Hop on hop off near by"
