"I had an amazing experience at this resort! The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the transportation was super easy, making everything hassle-free. I loved that it was a little away from the nightlife—it gave the perfect balance of relaxation while still being just 10 minutes away from Coco Bongo. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great time, and the resort truly gives you the full Mexico experience. Highly recommend!"

"Nice room. Breakfast provided every morning was very good. Rooftop deck and pool are very nice. Location not the best but taxis are readily available. Bathroom is not great for privacy with just a glass door but my friend and I worked around that. "

"So, I would like to write a very honest review , it is a tiny bit critical but overall very positive. The apartment itself is worn(out). A lot of trim and doors are painted black with a million chips. And the whole apartment needs a remodel/refinish. However, the location is spectacular! It is right on an absolutly gorgeous beach! "Faby, the receptionist, is very respectful, kind, and responsive. The hotel's location is very far from the Hotel Zone and there is no bus from the hotel to the hotel zone or beaches. The shuttle in the hotel takes the guests to the hotel zone in just 4 specific times in the morning. There is no afternoon transfer and there is no return to hotel transfer. I won't recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Nice family resort, food is good, staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty activities for kids and even has a drop in option with awesome activities. Nice spa for couples too. My only complaint it was the rooms needs update - stained walls, worn out showers. Cleanliness could have been better..but we also have been there in the busiest week of the year. All being said, I would still go back and definitely recommend to families. The ups supercedes the downs."

"The resort was beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. The staff were helpful and friendly. They made me smile when I came back into my room to a towel birthday cake, balloons and a slice of cheesecake for my birthday. I loved the size of the room, probably the biggest resort room I’ve ever had! I loved the beach at the resort also. The beach has 2 areas, both with a breeze to keep you cool in the sun. The buffet is beautiful with many choices. My partner enjoyed the Mexican tacos every night. I really enjoyed the Italian a la carte buffet they have inside of the restaurant. We also made use of the sports bar to watch the hockey game. The cafe in the lobby for coffee opens late at 10 am but you can get coffee at the buffet or the sports bar before that. "
