"The hotel was lovely, the spa was great. However the heat in our room was ovwr the top and we couldnt get it to cool down. We had the window open as well as the heat off, but thw temperature nevwr went below 23 degrees. Also had to call maintenance to unplug yhe bathtub. "

"Overall the room was fine. A little bit dated for the price of it. Smell in the hallway and there was broken door window at end of hallway that was just taped up. Parking was tight due to some snow banks still there and not removed yet."

"Stayed in a suite with my 2 teenage boys. It was immaculately clean and very spacious. It had a queen in the bed room and a sofa bed in the lounge and dining area. Very well situated hotel for uni of Ottawa, and the many dining options at Bywater market area. The paid parking was essential and good"
