"Everything was very good, clean, and the place was very acceptable, but the fact that parking costs $60 seems extremely expensive. I would also appreciate a coffee maker in the room, since going down to the lobby is uncomfortable."

"My husband, myself and our two children thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the holiday inn on Carlton in Toronto. The room was a bit small for four people but we worked around that. The staff were all incredibly courteous and so very helpful. The pool got lots of use. We did notice a corner of the pool had some algae but didn’t stop my kids from enjoying the opposite end multiple times through out our stay. "

"It was a great visit to this property. Location was very convenient to Clifton Hill and Niagara falls. Clean rooms and good customer service. Make sure to take dining or breakfast options as it was a delight. Have food and have a great view of the falls. Besides the view. The food was excellent too. Would highly recommend if someone would like to consider this place for a visit. Check-In process could be a little faster."

"We enjoyed the hotel very much . Everything is perfect like bed ,pillows, clean room, model design and so on. The view is wonderful.only thing I wish the parking fee could be lower price. They changed CAD $35/day at the different location. But it’s good they have free shuttle buses."
