"This is one of the nicest looking hotel I've stayed at accross the country. From the Waldorf Astoria to Beverly Hilton this hotel is grand. While Cleveland is not "New York City or Beverly Hills" the proximity of this hotel to so many great venues in this friendly city was a truly great experience. From Playhouse Square, to East 4th Street, to the Flat and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - this is a trip worth making again. "

"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, period. We were lucky to get checked in by the general manager who was an excellent and empathetic communicator. In the short time we were there, we got to observe the staff and how they interacted as a team to provide a great experience for guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. Yes, the place needs some cosmetic upgrades, but the present condition does not impact comfort or safety in the least."

"We arrived late but the clerk had everything ready for me and it was a very fast check-in. We were given a room on the ground floor next to the emergency exit. It was quiet until people started using the emergency exit in the morning.
