"This hotel is not a good place to stay. The staff was polite, and the three gentlemen that manned the door were very helpful. But the condition is run down and it looked it. It is NOT handicap accessible. The showers were dirty (we had 2 rooms), the mattresses were wrapped in plastic (bedbugs? I hope not) and the plumbing leaked. The water did not get hot in the sink. I ran into other "guests" and found out they had been there 8 months and paid $800/mo. Is this a halfway house? It looked like...

"Overall, this was a good stay. The hotell has a great location in the heart of the medical/downtown area. Which, was our primary reason for choosing it. We felt safe anf comfortable, buy the beds could use some updating to better mattresses. And, the fold out bed had some trash left under it that haf been overlooked during the last cleaning. We wouod recommend this location to others visiting. "

"Shuttle service to the airport and back is very dependable. The restaurant is always a favorite of ours. We always stay at the Crown Plaza and highly recommend."
