"The hotel was just okay. The noise levels were higher than expected, which made it hard to relax. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement—they weren’t dirty, but not particularly clean either. On the positive side, the location is very convenient for visiting Universal, which was a big plus."

"We stayed 6 nights between Xmas and New Years, as our parents lived nearby, and this location allowed us to go over to our family’s place easily. The staff were always helpful and one night when we got back from a long day out at universal studios, there was no hot water in our room. They immediately offered us another room to shower in. Parking in the underground of the building can be a bit tight for Large SUVs but I think they have parking in the back of their other building if you ask....
