"Facilities need to be more clean, hallways smell cigarettes so bad, I believe manager smokes it the office which it’s open, there was water coming out the ice machine, the entire hallway carpet was soak wet, they didn’t do housekeeping even we stayed for 4 days, had to get the trash out of the room, pillows are nasty with stains and blankets as well, and dead roaches on the floor."
