"This is an excellent hotel located in Downtown Dallas. We stayed in a king suite which consists of a bedroom area and a lounge area both with TV. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with an excellent shower. The free breakfast offers a good variety and quality of choice of food. The location is very convenient with many sights within easy walking distance. The nearby JFK memorial plaza is also a popular pick up point for tours etc. Hotel security is also very good. "This hotel is an older hotel, that has a well-loved feeling. What this hotel doesn't have in pizazz it has in amenities and amazing staff. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, they were polite, professional, accommodating and helpful. One short conversation about transport to the airport saved me about 100$US. The bed were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. You need to ask to have the rooms cleaned if staying a few days. The area around the hotel looks rough, with lots of homeless...
