"Stayed here for a work trip and picked this hotel mainly because it provides access to their fitness center which did not disappoint. Properly itself is nice and quiet. The room felt outdated but I think that’s the vibe of the hotel, traditional style. The bed frame though was wood and it was cracking on the floor, there were noticeable big chunks of wood peeling off which did not give the best impression. Unsure if I’d stay here again."

"Gorgeous hotel with beautiful lobby and artwork. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel smells great, we want to find the scent. Room service from the hotel restaurant CBD Provisions was the best room service we've ever had. Room was very comfortable with a great view of the eyeball. Amazing shower. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Bath robes were so soft I had to buy one. Will definitely be returning."

"Very clean, great staff, great location. However, over priced for what you get. The VIP experience is a gimmick, the premier room you pay for doesn’t even have a microwave, to say the least. Its really a standard hotel room that you can book at a motel with a great view. The room was absolutely not worth the cost. "

"My recent experience at The Melrose was excellent. The hotel is elegant and is situated in the prettiest part of Dallas. The price point was a great value. Friendly staff. There are many diverse restaurant options within walking distance. But my room service breakfast was one of the best ever. "
