"Lovely modernised, tastefuly decorated hotel. Spotlessly clean lobby, lits and rooms. Super friendly genuine staff in all areas who take time to chat. Basic cafe, but great coffee served by friendly staff. Excellent bed and pillows in rooms. Nice furnishings, plus mine had a fridge, safe and sofa courtesy of an upgrade offer. The bathroom was spotless. Always lots of hot water, and clean, soft, towels. Decent quality soaps etc too. Housekeeping were great, quiet and respectful of guests...

"This hotel is excellent location for getting to Times Square, MSG, and shopping. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and entertainment. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and there is security not so obviously present that secures the premises. This is our 5th stay!"

Later I found out that there was an ice machine in the lounge in my floor (26th)! I notified the front desk that I had trouble charging my devices because there was only one available outlet in the room.
