One of the staff members upon check in upgraded us to a suite since they had one available and it was my birthday. Super thoughtful of him and it was SO nice. The extra room was great. "Were allowed to check in early at no cost! I reckon like its 2pm but check in was supposed to be 4pm... free shuttlesto airport. Maybe , would have been better if i was reminded (email maybe) that theres a shuttle from airport ro hotel, i would have saved taxi fare."
