"Great stay, but it didn't seem like this was the safest part of town for little children. Helpful staff and felt secure once we were inside. Keycard access for elevator helped us feel safe."

"Clean, basic room. Spacious, clean bathroom. Room and property were quiet and felt safe. Easy access to bus route 155 that will get you to the shuttle for Universal Studios. We avoided paying for parking and got to the park and back for $3.50 round trip. The reason we stayed here was to visit Universal Studios and it was perfect for that. "

"Upon arrival we had to ask for a microwave that was thought to be in the room but it was delivered as soon as we told front desk about it. Same with the iron that was not in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is excellent value for money. Their complementary buffet breakfast is great and their afternoon complementary reception is very nice. It’s an old style hotel with its special family character that has been refurbished. Facilities are in great condition. Airport shuttle runs every hour, so make sure you are on time.
