"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with the room kept tidy and fresh every day. I appreciated that new towels were provided daily. One thoughtful detail I really liked was that the room service staff returned the coins we accidentally dropped by placing them neatly back on the bed — a small but meaningful gesture. The air conditioner worked very well, keeping the room comfortable throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience."
