We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that. "The apartment was better than we imagined it would be. Clean, new, elevator (so helpful given the three story housing in Lisbon!) and comfortable. "Lobby staff were very friendly and helpful! Some of the breakfast staff seem burned out on their jobs. The food was filling and tasty though. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well! But the traffic below is noisy in the morning and we woke up to all the honking. Easy walk to the airport right down the street. We will stay again."
