"We loved our room, good size, fab high ceiling, sea view. Really quiet even though it is on the sea front. Parking easy and reasonable price in underground car park ( look it up before you go to find the entrance road). Fridge in room was a bonus. Bath was huge and shower perfectly effective with really hot water. Armine was lovely. Would definitely stay again. "

"Really central hotel to the halfway point between Hastings and Saint Leonard’s, very walkable and safe. Beautiful view of the beach and rooms were very comfortable front desk and housekeeping very accommodating."

"Hotel did not do breakfast or provide wifi in the rooms. There was mould and rust in the bathroom and chewing gum stuck to the side of the mirror in the bedroom. But the bed was comfy and the hot water was hot. "

"No parking. Bathroom tiny. Close to town Centre. Not as clean as advertised."

"Did not get into the property. The neighbour came out and said landlady was an alcoholic and had turned away other guests that day. Apparently she is awake all night drinking and playing loud music. Property looked dirty and unkept. DO NOT BOOK!!!! "
